The High Court of Judicature at Allahabad has invited online applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of Law Clerks (Trainees). The law clerk will be recruited on a contractual basis for one year of the existing vacancies and also the vacancies likely to occur in the recruitment year, in the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad. The selected candidates for Law Clerk will be paid a fixed amount of Rs.25000/- per month. Eligibility Criteria for Law Clerk (Trainee)
Essensial Qualification: Three years’s Professional / Five Years Integrated Degree in Law from any Law College or Recognized University. The Law Graduates who have not started practising as an advocate nor are engaged in any profession or vocation/service can fill the form.
- Candidates who have appeared in LL.B. (Fina Year) examination and are awating results may also apply.
- Only those Law Graduates who have scored not less than 55% makrsin their LL.B. examination are eligible to apply for the post of Law Clerks (Trainee). They shall be required to subit their final year marks sheeto of ll.B. Examination at the time of Interview, which may be held in July 2023.
- Computer Knowledge: Data Entry, Word Processing and Computer Operations.
Age limit: 21 to 26 Years as on 01/07/2023.
Marital Status: A Candidate having more than one spouse or married to such a person who already has a living legally wedded wife/ husband, will not be eligible.
AHC Law Clerk Selection Process:
A Screening Test of all candidates will be held only at Allahabad, On 4th June, 2023, to short list eligible candidates for the interview. For final selection, competence shall be judge based on the Interview, which will be held only at Allahabad. Please see the Appendix ‘I’ in the official Notification.
