A notification has been released for the recruitment of Civilian Personnel in the Indian Navy. The Indian Navy has invited online application from eligible candidates to apply online through the website www.joinindiannavy.gov.in. According to the notification, the post of Chargeman-II (redesignated as Chargeman) will be posted in the following units under the administrative control of
(A) Headquarters Western Naval Command, Mumbai
(B) Headquarters Eastern Naval Command, Visakhapatnam
(C) Headquarters Southern Naval Command, Kochi and
(D) Headquarters Andaman and Nicobar Command, Port Blair.

The age of the candidates should be between 18- 25 years as of the crucial date. The Crucial date for determining the age limit will be the closing date of receipt of the online application i.e. 29.05.203.

Candidates must have read all terms and conditions, eligibility criteria for the post, selection process, etc. in the official notification. You must register first on the website www.joinindiannavy.gov.in and go through the following steps;-

- Go to – ‘Join Navy >> Ways to Join >> Civilian>>Chargeman-II (Redesignated as Chargeman).
- Here, you are advised to download and read the ‘How to Apply” guidelines & instructions for filling UP online application form.
- Now, You must register online by providing the basic details.
- After successful registration, you will get a user id and password on the registered email.
- Again Login to the same page using the user id and password.
- Complete the form with your details, pay the application fee, and upload the Photograph and Signature.
- You must review their application before final submission.
- When the application is successfully submitted, take a printout of the application and keep safely.

Note: No printed copy of the application is required to be sent to Indian Navy. However, candidates have to produce a duly signed printed copy of the application at the time of document verification, if provisionally shortlisted.

a. Screening of Applications: Indian Navy will screen all applications registered online, as per eligibility criteria and terms and conditions specified by the Government of India from time to time. Merely fulfilling the basic selection criteria does not automatically entitle a person/applicant to be called for the online test.
b. Scheme of Examination: All shortlisted / eligible candidates will have to appear in the computer-based examination consisting of 100 objective-type questions based on the syllabus as given below-
