Eligibility Criteria for Apprentices jobs in Indian Railway, Bilaspur
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed the class 10th examination under the 10+2 system or its equivalent.
Technical Qualification: Candidates must have passed ITI courses in the relevant trades from NCVT / SCVT or a recognized institution.
Age limit: The age of candidates must be 15 years minimum and not more than 24 years as of 01.07.2023. The relaxation in the upper age limit will be as follows;-

Stipend / Salary of Apprentice Trainee
The candidates who will be selected as per the selection criteria engaged as apprentices and they will undergo apprenticeship training for a period of 1 year for each trade. They will be paid a stipend during the rules of the State Government of Chhattisgarh.
SECR Bilaspur Apprentices Merit List / Selection Process
The merit list of SECR Bilaspur Apprentices jobs will be prepared as per the taking average of the (%) marks obtained by the candidate in both Class 10th exams with 50% (aggregate) marks and ITI examination giving equal weightage to both (Establishment rule 201/2017).
Medical Examination: Shortlisted candidates are advised to bring a medical certificate at the time of document verification in the prescribed proforma as per the Apprenticeship Act 191. The Medical certificate should be signed by Government authorized Doctor (Gaz.), Not below the rank of Assistant Surgeon of Central / State Hospital.
